Questions we get a lot
Get sized at any local jeweler, or order an inexpensive plastic sizer online. Comfort-fit bands often run a half size large, so if you are between sizes, order down. You can add resize coverage at checkout, so there is no risk in getting close.
Most orders ship in 7 to 10 days. In-stock rings go out in 1 to 3 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
If you added resize coverage at checkout, send it back within 45 days of delivery and we will size it to fit at no charge. Without coverage, resizing is $40. Engraved items cannot be resized, since the engraving is cut to the original piece.
Yes. The wood is stabilized and sealed before it is set into the band. Keep it out of long soaks and it will wear well for years.
Yes, on most bands. Add your text on the product page before adding to cart. Engraved items are final sale, so double-check your spelling and size.
