Please be informed that since all our products are meticulously crafted to order, a nominal exchange fee of $35 is applied to facilitate the necessary adjustments and to continue delivering the quality you expect from us.

To initiate an exchange, kindly reach out to us at MyDreamwoodRings@gmail.com within 14 days from the receipt of your ring(s). Our team will be on hand to discuss your exchange and guide you through the process. We strive to accommodate your requests, and while exchanges post the 14-day period will be entertained on a case-by-case basis, reaching out within the stipulated timeframe helps us serve you better.
